February 13th, 2011 Dr. Vaidya was fantastic. The office was clean and modern and the staff was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I was referred with a serious problem and Dr. Vaidya and his team took the time to make the correct diagnosis (others had missed it) and start me on the right treatment. I'm starting to see better.

Dr. Vaidya is an exceptional physician and ophthalmologist. I feel very fortunate to have found him. He and his office staff are courteous, prompt, professional, and very organized. Dr. Vaidya had reviewed, prior to my appointment, my medical records sent to him from other eye specialists. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly answered all my questions. He spent an incredible amount of time with me. His office and equipment are spotlessly clean. I felt very reassured after my exam. I learned more about my eyes from Dr. Vaidya than from all from all previous ophthalmologists combined, including an eye exam at a well-known teaching hospital in Los Angeles. It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Vaidya.

Dr. Vaidya and his staff are the best. I take my elderly Mom here and they take great care of her.Appointments are always on schedule and the office is super clean!I highly recommend Retina OC.

May 6th, 2018 Outstanding! Dr. Vaidya is truly a wonderful, caring, professional, knowledgeable and attentive doctor! He is in a class all by himself. His staff is friendly, courteous and caring. The office is very clean and organized. My appointment was on time and the check in process was very easy. At no time did I ever feel rushed during any part of my visit. Dr. Vaidya went out of his way to ensure I felt comfortable (absolutely wonderful bedside manners) throughout the examination process. He took the time to answer all my questions, he reviewed my records and gave me a complete explanation/diagnosis of my condition and subsequently performed a flawless, successful surgery right afterwards. Dr. Vaidya is one of those special doctors you rarely encounter throughout ones lifetime. I have been seen by many and I must say he is at the top of the list. Thank you doctor.

August 29th, 2021 I’ve seen Dr Vaidya twice for retinal issues, he instills confidence and calms you down at the same time. Easygoing and charming. Not a bad combination.

March 2nd, 2022 My first visit with Dr Vaidya, he took a lot of time explaining my condition to me and also the treatment plan. He is very patient and took time to answer my concerns and questions.

Dr Nadeem is one of the kindest and professional doctor I have. He is very patient and thorough in briefing me on my condition and provide expert advices. He performed gel injection and laser treatments on my eye due to retinopathy with very little discomfort and put me at ease.

Dr. Valdya took the time to go over my retina. He answered ALL MY QUESTIONS with no rush. It's been a while, where I left the doctors office feeling not rushed. Dr. Valdya is on top of it and my laser surgery was scheduled. His office staff is very friendly. I can't say much more. What else can you ask for?

Dr. Vaidya is an amazing retinal specialist. He is kind, caring and detailed with his diagnosis and with his surgeries. I'm SO thankful I got a second opinion and saw Dr. Nadeen Vaidya. He was able to find a medium size hole in my left retina even though I was just told by another retina specialist that I had nothing wrong with my eyes. HIGHLY recommend this doctor. He's very kind and patient. I really appreciated that he took the time to really understand what's been going on with my eyes.

Came to Dr. Vaidya because I had an eye issue that needed urgent attention and couldn't get an appt. at the other opthamologist in Newport that everyone says is the best. Dr. Vaidya is absolutely amazing. Thorough, great bedside manner, kind and explains everything is detail. So glad I found him. You will not be disappointed.

Doctor Vaidya is fantastic! He checked my eyes thoroughly and explained all the details with patience, and gave me the possible solutions. highly recommend!

I really like Dr. Vayidya. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things to you in layman's terms. I've seen him twice and I think he is a great doctor and it shows that he is an expert in his field. I had been to two other doctors before him who had only partially diagnosed me and didn't really fix the underlying issues. He was able to resolve my main concerns and provided non-steroid, OTC, homeopathic solutions to, hopefully, mitigate my future problems.

He was extremely understanding of my fears/hesitations in making a decision regarding my treatment options. After all the time he spent explaining my options I felt confident in receiving laser treatment from him. 6 months later the tear is still sealed and I follow up with him regularly. I had an appointment with Dr. Vaidya here this morning and was so impressed. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Vaidya is one of the nicest doctors I have ever been to. He explained everything he was doing to me step by step. I never felt rushed because he only schedules one patient at a time. He listened when I talked and I feel so fortunate that he is here in Orange County.
